We took possession of a two-bedroom apartment in the 5-story Englewood Courtyard apartment complex in July 2015, and began living in and furnishing our apartment two months later in September. Our apartment is one of the smaller ones, and has a fabulous view of the mountains. This whole complex is beautifully and conveniently appointed with top-of-the-line fixtures. We feel very safe, cozy and warm here so far, and haven’t yet turned the heating on in any of the rooms. We also find the complex as a whole to be very quiet. The staff here is delightful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and attentive to any needs or suggestions we might have. This is also the first time that we have moved into a “silk purse” rather than a “sow’s ear” – which we used to spend much time and effort transforming into a “silk purse”. No need for that here! We’re having a great time furnishing this already beautiful place. This has been a very good experience for us, and we’re very happy to be here.
