Dear Tracey, I would like to take the time to congratulate Englewood Courtyard on a well constructed building. As you know I am in the building industry and have worked on over a 150 Condo high rises over the years in our trade. I questioned the time frame they were taking on the building but after a little glimpse on how it was being constructed, I am totally impressed.
The quality of workmanship and integrity of the building far exceeds what I have seen in the last couple of years due to the big boom in building industry. Nice to see that someone is taking time to give their clients what they really paid for in quality and design. I would have no problem buying again in the future if it was built like this one.
