When I first visited the Englewood Courtyard sales centre earlier this year, I had just stopped in to have a look, with no intention of purchasing at that point. However, after meeting Mark, who personally took me through the development, and seeing the plans and options for the interior finishes, I was really impressed. After serious consideration, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a unit in its earliest stages. I am glad I did and I have enjoyed seeing the building progress over the past three months. I would not have committed to buying an unfinished unit if it had not been for Mark and his team of Shannon and Tracey. Mark clearly takes great pride in this project and has followed through with all my concerns and requests. All three have worked hard to make sure that I will be happy with my new home and I look forward to the day that I can move in!
