As you may have heard on the AM650 Radio Real Estate Show a little while ago, Englewood Courtyard has officially been nominated for the Chilliwack’s Development Excellence Award! This prestigious award is given to only developments that demonstrate the highest level of architectural design and groundbreaking engineering.
However, the development has to be much more than just a pretty looking building. The winner of the Chilliwack Development Excellence Award must provide long-term value to the area around it. Specifically, it should enhance the existing neighbourhood by bringing additional jobs, commerce, and growth to the area. The development should also give strong attention to local roads, and infrastructure.
With the highest quality construction materials, SAFERhome standard, and numerous instances of community involvement like the Annual Englewood Fishing Derby, Englewood Courtyard is definitely a strong contender. Gore Brothers Homes and the USC Agricultural Centre of Excellence were also nominated for the award.
