Voice of the Valley and Englewood Director Mark Perry joins Tom Lucas on the Radio Real Estate Show on CISL 650.
This week, Mark dives into some of the statistics behind the Englewood Courtyard website to identify a few very interesting trends!
- Englewood is most popular among visitors aged 55-64. In fact, they make up 36% of all traffic to the site.
- Over half (58%) of all site visitors are female
- 31% of visitors came from Chilliwack, but the majority of visitors all came from the Vancouver area.
Just a reminder that Englewood has 28 RV spots with full electricity, water, and sanidumps for any RV owners looking to settle down!
The first Englewood building should be finished first of March, and the show homes will be ready soon along with the exhibit at the Home and Leisure Show that took place on the weekend of the 25th.
