Englewood Courtyard is excited a proud to be incorporating the SAFERhome Standards into 156 units! The inclusion of these standards is part of a new study researching “universal design features” which allows the development to be age friendly, more comfortable, ergonomically friendly and as the name suggests, is universal to everyone.
The SAFERhome Standards includes a simple and affordable home building standard, including wider hallways, doorways with little to no threshold and easier access to bath/shower controls.
