Your personal interest and consideration of our hopes and desires in this regard is appreciated. Mark gave Bill and I a sense that he was looking after us as he would his own parents (Bill though his siblings). Each staff member has supported us along the way. I had stopped by a couple of weeks ago and thanked a few of the men who were outside working so hard on my home. I truly wanted to just hug them all !! I have picked all my appliances and have new couches being made through Grand Pappy’s. Again, THANK YOU for having a relationship with them. I am truly thrilled to be moving to Chilliwack soon, and proudly show the pictures of my new home in all the phases of construction that I have seen. (oh oh my eyes are leaking with tears of being over-joyed).
Englewood Courtyard is truly an answer to prayer for me. Dreams do come true !!

We want to thank you and Mark for addressing our concerns re the natural light in our unit. The additional windows have really improved the condo natural lighting. It makes us much happier with our unit. Please pass the thanks onto Mark. It is evident that you want people to be happy with their purchase and that is appreciated. It was great to actually walk into the unit on Saturday to better visualize the layout. We are very pleased with the spaciousness of it.
