RECENT NEWS: Englewood Courtyard was privileged to provide Langley’s Triple A Senior Housing a tour of our first Condo building the Platinum 1.
Our guests were visiting our development to view how the SAFERhome housing program was incorporated into our building design and floor plans. The construction tour was a great success and we enjoyed showcasing how the SAFERhome design added living convenience and value to all the condo homes in the Courtyard Development. Thank you to Co Chair Petrina Arnason and her Triple A Senior Housing team for visiting us.
The Triple A Senior Housing of Langley is an organization that promote awareness, advocacy and action in the cause of Affordable, Accessible and Appropriate Senior Housing by:
- Raising awareness through public education and civic and community participation in learning about needs and options for local senior housing.
- Advocating for public policy changes at all levels of government to facilitate the retention and development of senior housing and for senior housing solutions in the construction/renovation industry.
- Promoting action through non-partisan community and civic involvement to engage local and senior levels of government in dialogue devoted to meeting the growing need for more Affordable, Accessible, and Appropriate housing for seniors in The Langley’s.
TRIPLE A SENIOR HOUSING SUMMIT
The Triple A Senior Housing group will be holding a Senior Housing Summit on September 25 and 26 at Newlands Golf and Country Club to continue the search for Solutions to seniors housing concerns, Mark Perry, of Englewood Courtyard adult lifestyle community will be a guest speaker.
