Englewood Courtyard’s first building is now finished! We have gotten all of our certificates and are now just waiting for our subdivision plan to be registered and for our occupancy permits to go through. We are hoping for that to be done by Monday or Tuesday next week, which would mean our new home owners could move in by the end of the month! It is a very exciting time at Englewood Courtyard and we are so proud to have accomplished the Fraser Valley’s first 5 storey wood frame building!
