The Valley’s premier Adult Retirement Lifestyle Community, Englewood Courtyard is up to 150 retirement condos.
We have just completed the first building, Platinum 1, which is 40 units. Our first home owners have already moved in! We have about 15 units left for sale in Platinum 1.
Sales have been terrific on this first phase and we are just about ready to start planning for the start of our second building, Platinum 2.
Directions from Vancouver to Englewood Courtyard : Take Hwy. #1 East bound to No. 3 Road exit and follow the signs to Keith Wilson Road or take Lickman exit, go left on Keith Wilson and follow it to the very end.
