As 2014 draws to a close, we have one last Voice of the Valley segment on the Radio Real Estate Show (CISL 650) before the new year. This time, Englewood Director Mark Perry and host Tom Lucas go over some of the exciting things happening in Chilliwack.
Firstly, real estate board is calling for a moderate year. As we mentioned in a previous blog post, the Chilliwack real-estate market is rebounding after the recession and is poised to make even bigger gains in the new year. In particular, the south side of Chilliwack around the Englewood Courtyard area is definitely well-received. In fact, we’re seeing a huge number of active adult Vancouverites flocking to Chilliwack in search of more affordable housing in gated retirement communities like Englewood.
