It’s also been an incredible month for Chilliwack’s real estate industry. A recent article in the Chilliwack progress shows real estate sales in December have reached their highest point than in the last eight years! Last December saw 47.1% more sales month over month. Overall, 2014 saw 2,499 home sales, a total increase of 21.1% compared to 2013.
